This place is a garden and event venue. It is a nice garden with a lake in it's middle and a character-ful cafe. The garden is free to visit for everyone. Located on the A158 by Baumber village.
Car park - large car park, with disabled parking places near the entrance. The car park surface is rough gravel.
Paths around the garden - nearly all paths were gravel. Most of them were fine gravel and, in places, deep, so the wheelchair sank into them. Gravel grids were used but these may stop half way across the path, which would cause an obstacle in itself. We avoided one path by going on grass instead, which was a firm surface due to dry conditions on the day. For the beach themed part of the garden there was a decking path which was easy to manoeuvre across.
Cafe - it has good access and plenty of space to manouvre around tables. There are inside and outside tables. The food was good and they had vegan food options as well. The cafe staff were helpful and friendly.
Toilets - the toilets are located near the cafe. There was an adjustable toilet support bar, but only on the left hand side of the toilet.
Dogs welcome - there were visitors with dogs there, so dogs are allowed there.
